Antlers Program
The newest program in Elkdom is an old one! Yes, it is the Junior Elks Program called “the Antlers.” It is a chance for young people in our communities to get involved with the Elks in the many service-related projects our Lodges sponsor.
Happy 1st Anniversary to the New Britain 957 Antlers! This group of dedicated 12-20 year-olds have been seen at many Lodge events over the last year, using their time to build on the cardinal principles of Elkdom through their support of our many events and even holding events of their own! If you see any of the Antlers at the Lodge, please take a moment to thank them for their service and continue to support their efforts by attending or contributing to their endeavors. Thus far, the Antlers have raised money for donations to the HRA of New Britain, the Connecticut Breast Health Initiative, and Wreaths Across America. Do you know of a youth of a member (child or grandchild) who would be interested in joining the Antlers? They meet once a month and hold/support events at the Lodge several times a year.
For more information to enroll your child into the Elk’s 957 Antlers program email Leading Knight Suzanne Topliff.

Volunteer Opportunities & Becoming a New Britain Elk Lodge Member
Donating money isn’t the only way to give to charitable organizations, many of whom rely on volunteers for various services. If you find yourself with free time on your hands on your weekend, or during the week, you could consider putting in some community service and become a New Britain Elks 957 member. Not only will you help a good cause, but it can also be a way to meet people and help our local community. Just ask any current or past officer for more details! You can also request information on becoming an Elks member in the contact section in this website. The new member application fee is $35 and can be paid online in the payments section of this website. You can also download the membership application and email it over to the lodge secretary.
